Sending warm wishes...

Casology is one challenge that provokes my creative thinking a lot and I simply love brain storming over the cue cards at Casology. This weeks Cue card - Furry... and my interpretation goes like this furry animal - fur - sheep's fur - yarn - knitting - warmth. So I have tried to depict the same in my card...

This was the easiest card to make, simple drawing and coloring ;) To make it I hand drew the focal image and then colored it. I have also attached the stages for my drawing :) Coloring was done with markers and pencil colors. Finally sentiment was added.

Happy Birthday :)

Its Ardyth's Birthday today and wonderful Darnell gave us a chance to wish her by casing one of her own cards. I am delighted by this opportunity :) I love her creations and if you by chance have missed seeing her creativity... now is the time , click here to go to MASKerade.

I wish her a very happy birthday full of cards echoing her own creations and I hope she will like the one I created casing this card :) So, here's my card...

I wish her a very happy and happening birthday :)

To make it, I cut out velum circles using my Sizzix circle dies, I then colored each using my Memento Dew drop inks after being inspired by colors at Pinspired challenge #10. These circles were stuck using glue dots. Finally, birthday sentiment was written using a stencil and sequins were added for sparkle as Ardyth loves it :)

Ardyth's card that I cased is -

I want to submit this card for the following challenges -

1. Pinspired challenge #10

2. Addicted to CAS #13 - Birthday

You are bound to bloom...

Before I detail about my card, I quick reminder about the talented Gillian who was featured at Paperie Designs' Studio last Friday. If you have missed this post, now is the time to catch up. So, click here and explore the creativity of Gillian :) Also, this is the link to her blog Made with Sparkle
Enjoy and don't forget to keep visiting us for a giveaway after two weeks!!

Now to my card, the sketch of my card is inspired by the CAS(E) this sketch challenge this week, though I am too late for a submission. I wanted to combine all the elements of the sketch and then the challenge at Incy Wincy designs - Photo inspiration inspired me to create stages of growth of a flower and finally the Paper craft star - handmade flower inspired me to hand draw and cut the flowers. Since it's a CAS card, I will play it for Lawnscaping challenge too ;)So here's my card.

I have hand drawn the ground and inked it with memento inks, also from bud to the flower all the stages are hand drawn, colored and hand cut :). The background was also inked giving the look of a sunny day :)
The sentiment was hand written on the bee trail.

With Sympathy...

Well, it's been long and I have been craving for crafting, was stuck with organizing the garage and some other project. So had to create this card for today :) This is inspired by the Casual Friday's #102 - Red White and blue and Simon say's stamps challenge - Into the woodsHere's my card :)

I decided to make a serene view of the woods in the moonlit darkness, for which I did some inking on a panel with masking the space for the moon. The birds and the trees were hand drawn and colored with markers for tree, I especially used a calligraphy pen as it gives more realistic twists and turns to the trees :)

Hope you enjoy my card :)

Princess is here...

I love the challenges :) and Casology's Cue Card challenge is one of those that intrigue you to think and be creative. This time the theme is ROYAL. So here's my card...

The moment I saw Royal, I wanted to create a chariot, a symbol of royalty so I thought about Cinderella. I am sure you all have read about her story. I used to fantasize about her chariot on how the fairy made it with a pumpkin... during my bed time stories in childhood. So today, I made my fantasy come alive ;)
I was inspired by the Sketch at Annabelle Stamps blog AC163 to create my card. I used vellum to make the body of the chariot and some flourish stamps for the rest of the Chariot. Vellum was colored by inks using sponge. The sentiment that would go perfectly with this was "Princess is here", basically an announcement for the arrival of a baby girl :) I printed it on a banner from MS-word.

Happiness...

Pastels add elegance to you card, so I love to use them and CAS on Sunday gave me a chance to make a card using pastels, so couldn't resist. Besides, ABNH gave a chance to create a CAS card. And yesterday my dear husband was kind enough to let me buy some stamps at Michaels to add on to my stamp collection ;), so I used them :) Here's my card...

To make this card, I stamped the flowers with some masking technique, also stamped the pastel stripe using another stripe stamp. The added a card stick with a sentiment Happiness. The inks used were bright, so I stamped them first on a scrap paper and then on my card stock to get a pastel shade.

Love note...

This card is inspired by the CASE Study Challenge #141 , where Maile Belles has created such a pretty card :) and by Little Tangles Challenge #13 - Embellishment it and Incy Wincy Design Challenge - Metal maniaHere's my card...

I was also inspired by Andrea Ewen, who made a fabulous card using some sewing, so I used different pattern paper to cut out hearts and since I am zero in stitching I did my stitch lines using a pen :) I also added metallic embellishment of music notes which together with the hearts represent my sentiment of love note .

let's party...

This is a quick card and my third post today :). I made this card after being inspired by CAS(E) this sketch challenge #28, couldn't help creating yet another card for today :)

This was another easy card. All I did was to select the focal image from Clip art available in MS- Word. I then added the circles representing bubbles from champagne by using Auto shapes options. The size of the circles was then altered. I then colored them using my golden gel pen.

Here's the sketch CTS 28

Hope u like it :)

Bloom...

The moment I saw the Casology Cue Card - BLOOM, I kept thinking what do I make. I kept thinking  and thinking... to be honest created something earlier but it looked sad :(
and then my thinking continued LOL but yay! finally I came up with something :)

While I was doing something on Microsoft word, I came across Auto shapes button and there you go, I used auto shapes to create my geometric flowers, I then decide to pick the Sketch at Freshly Made sketches  and used the Inkspirational Challenge #20 to create my card using my focal image. I also picked up the colors at Color Q challenge to color the image.

I have attached herewith image that I created using MS-word

Colorful card... and an awesome announcement

Before I go ahead with my creation for today, I have a great announcement to make about Paperie Designs' studio. We’re featuring the 96th artist today so Noor, the owner and our team have planned to surprise you with a 50$ gift voucher from Two Peas in A Bucket once we nail 100 artisans, woohoo… Keep checking in the coming weeks to enter our lucky draw and win this prize ;)

And now my "colorful card" is an inspiration from different challenges. Here's my card...

To make this card I was inspired by the sketch at Seize the birthday Challenge #17 and the colors at Color Throwdown #242. The side panel was made using my Inkadinkado clear stamps - An affair of the heart collection to stamp the 4 hearts using my memento dew drop inks. The colorful strip was made with my markers and twine in the background is from American Crafts.

I will go green...

This one is dedicated to the MUSE Challenge #17 this week, what a cute card by Therese.  I wish I could come up with some thing as cute as Therese's Card at MUSE but I tried my version of love for animals. Here's my card...

This card can be perceived as going green (Vegetarian) in one way and another can be doing anything for the one you love, it's up to you, if u can't leave the chicken ;) LOL
I want to dedicate this card to my dear and my closest friend, Chetna who is "vegetarian" and at the same time I can do anything for her :) Also, she gifted this cute Wild Animal stencil - from Delta creative company on my Birthday. I simply love these. Also, thanks to MUSE Challenge from Therese Calvird that enabled me use this stencil.

To make it I used a green patterned paper to show the "Lion going green which is a pun" . I hand drew and cut the grass, wrote the sentiment on the bee trail and Bees are Rub on stickers from Royal Brush Company.

Here's the MUSE card #17

Hope you find my card cute :)

Wishing you happiness...

This card is my second card for today, I love the fact that we can create great projects just by combining few challenges. Here's my card.

To make this card, I used my Kraft card stock and Memento dew drop ink to create a wooden panel look. I used my garden floral stamps to stamp the flowers on a white card stock and fuzzy cut them, Leaves were stamped too and then fuzzy cut. The elements were stuck as per the sketch and sentiment added.

My inspirations are -
