ATCAS #36 - FAR AWAY

We are back with a new challenge at Addicted to CAS . The code word for this week is FAR AWAY and the challenge is being hosted by our very talented Michelle. I would like to welcome our talented and sweet Guest Designer Anita to join us with her amazing creations. You can see her projects by clicking here, My Papercraft World
Our sponsor for this challenge is StampArt Design :)
When I saw the code... a miss u card immediately clicked my head :) So here's my card...
To make this card, I stamped the telephone image and fuzzy cut it to separate the ear piece with the dial, inked the card base and adhered the pieces on card base. The sentiment was hand written. I was inspired by the Colors at Color me #14  and I will also link it up at Word Art Wednesday #127 - Anything Goes!

Supplies used : Inks - Distress Mustard seed, Versafine - Deep Lagoon, Stamps - Unity Itty bitty hello friend, Recollections precious memories hearts

Our DT has come up with some amazing projects this week. Pop over to our ATCAS challenge blog here and take a peek. I am looking forward to the challenge this fortnight and am very excited to visit your blogs.

I have another card to share, this one is dedicated to my hand drawing which has done down lately :)
So I thought I will give it a shot.
The sail boat is hand drawn, masked and inked. The idea struck when I saw the Cue Card - WET at CASology Week #90 and since sailing on a boat on beautiful a river will be a dream journey I will link it up to One Layer Simplicity Challenge #4 - Travel or dream destination themed card and Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge - Journey
Supplies used : Distress inks - Mustard seed, Mowed Lawn and Tumbled glass. Spectrum Noir Markers IG3 n FS8

Have fun in creating CAS card :) and thank you for visiting my blog n leaving me a comment.

  1. I knew your sentiments were handwritten as soon as I saw them...because you have the most beautiful writing ever! :) One of these days I am going to get brave and try to do a handdrawn image or sentiment. Yours are so inspiring! I love your sponging on your backgrounds too. You have everything blended so nicely!
