Time for another mixed media delight with fun challenge at The Mixed Media Card Challenge #12 - COLLAGE. This challenge brings an end to one year DT term and I had to make a difficult decision to step down. I just loved my one year venture with the fabulous team of MMCC. I have learnt so much and I will miss this awesome team. But I promise to play as and when possible. This one year has taken away my fear from Mixed media :) and now I love it !

COLLAGE with an optional element of Frame.... This is what I created.
To make this card, I did some distress inking and some distress ink swipes to create a wood grain effect. I stamped, fuzzy cut and colored the flowers. Also die cut the leaves and some pieces from corrugated paper. I had the die cut frame sent by Julia, my teamie and I was longing to use it :)Thank you Julia. I added some texture paste and laid it all to finish my card.
There is a lot more incredible inspiration by a versatile and uber talented team :) Please head over to our challenge blog to check out the details of the challenge and some more inspiration.
Supplies used - Inks: Distress Vintage photo, Antique Linen, Black soot, Archival Jet black; Stamps: STAMPLorations The blooms and the birds; ARTplorations Honeycomb delight reversed stencil; Wendi Vecchi white embossing paste; CAS-ual Friday's Stalk up Fri-dies; Sharpie marker
