Let me show you the cards I created with this set...
For my very first card I dis some inking to create my winter sky, stamped some trees and went over with white gel pen for the snow of trees, then I die cut the plate die, kept all the pieces together for my inlaid look. I used foam sheet for layering. To finish I added the snowman on top.
For this one too I did in laid die cutting but added no dimension. I simple water colored a piece and used the positive to inlay into the negative tree die cut on kraft. Layered this with patterned papers to finish my card.
These baubles called for a metallic and dimensional look. For that I cut the dies using gold foil card stock and also die cut foam sheet for adding dimension. To finish I added these with gold string on a patterned paper.
For my final card, I turned the snow angels into ornaments and gave the look as if they are hanging from the Christmas tree by stamping some pine needles along the top edge of wood grain patterned paper. I also embossed these with an embossing folder :)
Besides the new set I have used Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle dies , Vignette Tree Silhouettes Gone Postal, Clustered hearts dies, Holiday Expressions - Yuletide Cheer and Christmas Bell Medley
Hope you enjoyed it, don't forget to leave a comment :) Thank you for stopping by and leaving me a comment!
