My "Bright happy birthday" card is inspired by this week's MUSE and Craft Card Makers challenge :) I was soooooo, influenced by the red color of the flowers and the word bloom that I decide to make this card.
Making this card was easy, I used a white card stock for the card. Then I used my Scappy Cat - garden wood stamps to stamp the flowers with archival black ink and the leaves using green "Ink Up" pigment ink.
The flowers were then colored using Crayola Markers :) and finally sentiment was stamped. Border was created by hand making small dashes giving it a stitched effect.

ReplyDeleteI love the bold in your card, the flowers really pop out from the white. I have always been a fan of the faux stitching around the edging of a card and you did a beautiful job, good luck with this challenge!

Love these colors. They are so bright..they just pop off the card. The added hand drawn stitching is the perfect finishing touch.
