Thank you...

My "Thank you" card is an inspiration from two challenges, colors are inspired by Color Throwdown #236 challenge and theme "Thank you" at CAS on Sunday #5

To make this card, I used my Darice stone embossing folder and embossed the white cardstock halfway to give a floor like image. I hand cut the vase in Razzel berry shade and vellum to give it a glassy look :) The flowers are from my Rub on stickerswere chosen as per the color scheme of the challenege. They were stuck on white card stock and then hand cut :) I then stuck all the elements using foam dots and stamped the sentiment. The card was made keeping in mind the requirement of the CAS cards

Miss you...

My "Miss you" card is inspired by the colors at Color Q challenge this week. Also, I took inspiration from N@Ali's card sketch. Since, N@Ali is stepping down from Color Q :( this card is my dedication to her ever amazing creations :) I have always admired the simplicity of her cards :)

To make this card, I used my Hearts -Rub on stickers which have the same colors as from the challenge, fuzzy cut them and used foam adhesive to place them on card stock. Added sentiment and white ribbon.

Birthday wishes from a friend...

This card is inspired by this week's Retrosketches #57 :) this sketch had two upright and one inverted element.

        

My inspirational sketch is-

I got inspired to create an image of a girl somersaulting to wish u birthday. This is in coordination with the sketch :) to create this I hand drew the image of a girl, hand cut it and colored it using my markers.

I stuck them on the card as per the sketch and stamped the sentiment.

Bubble up...

My "bubble up" card is inspired by this week's challenge at Casology -UP, Lawn Scaping challenge - Embossing and the Muse challenge

To create this card I used my Darice embossing folder to emboss the white card stock half way diagonally. to match the embossing, I drew bubbles on a blue card stock using my compass, hand cut these and hand drew n cut a bubble that bursts :) The bubbles are symbolic of the ideas that burst out to reveal something new. I was also inspired by the polka dots used in muse card which have been expressed as bubbles in my card. The Lawnscaping challenge - Embossing was my third inspiration for this card.

Scalloped birthday...

My "Scalloped Birthday" card is inspired by the challenge at Less is More - SCALLOPS  and Lawnscaping challenge #55 - Embossing

To create this card, I drew diagonal lines at one vertical edge of the card to the center  then cut these using my regular scissors on one end and scalloped on the other. I stuck shades of brown card stock on the backside to give a graded effect.

I then embossed balloons using my Darice embossing folder and added candles by embossing and fuzzy cutting them using Darice candle embossing folder on a white card stock. Finally stamped the sentiment.
