I am just getting lucky, I got another amazing opportunity to Guest Design for a Fab Company STAMPlorations. Previously I won a bi-weekly sketch challenge at STAMPlorations #5 and therefore was invited to Guest design. I am so excited :) there stamps are fab and so is the Design Team. Hope you will join the fun there :)
This time its another sketch Challenge and here's how I interpreted it.
To make this card, I heat embossed (using Whisper opaque embossing powder n Versamark ink) the flowers (from Inkadinkadoo BG flowers cling set) on white card stock and fuzzy cut them. then I lightly inked them in green. Next on card base, I did some sponging with a stencil (I bought from Walmart) stamped the floral stems (using Recollections jar set) and stamped n fuzzy cut the leaves (from Hampton art - Fern wood mounted stamp). I added some anthers on the flowers and adhered all the elements on the Card base. Embellished with pearls and stamped the sentiment (from Martha Stewart set).
I want to submit this card to
1. The Card Concept #5
2. Simon says Wednesday Challenge - Mother's day/ special girl
3. Word Art Wednesday #123 - Anything Goes
4. Less is More Week 163 - Stenciling
5. The Paper Players #187 - CAS Spring

Deepti, I simply adore your card! It is such an artistic interpretation of the sketch. Awesome fussy cutting of the flowers and leaves -- I thought they were die-cut at first glance! I'm loving the stenciled background...it makes me think of a trellis: the perfect anchor for the leaves and flowers. Thank you so much for guest designing for us at STAMPlorations. We love having you, and I'm a big fan of your work!
