Hi friends, how are you all? I finally managed to take some time out to make a card with the new goodies I ordered from TAWS. I have been eyeing on the new release and few other stamps for a long time, finally I managed to buy them and make a card :) These stamps are so good, I have so many ideas flowing into my head with these stamps but due to shortage of time... I could make just one :) More to come soon...
Also, my dear and very popular Darnell from djkardkreations is celebrating a landmark of 500 followers on her blog by a NBUS #1 challenge. I am sure u know what NBUS is... its a cool term coined by Darnell - Never Before Used Schtuff :) She is one talented lady, if u don't follow her, I bet u r missing some real fun in life :) So I decided to join in her celebration with my new NBUS :)
I was inspired by the TAWS Be Inspired #53 photo inspiration to create this card.
To make this card, I did some inlaid die cutting. Stamped the heart with the rainbow colored crossing lines stamp. I stamped, colored and fuzzy cut the birdies and laid them on the card base over the heart. Stamped the sentiment and some diamond shapes to finish my card. Since this card has birdies and is CAS, I am linking this up to two more challenges
And another is a canvas painting in Acrylics of Lord Ganesha, our Hindu God who brings prosperity and all things good in life. I made this one for my sister-in-law :) who recently got married. Hope she likes it!
Thank you for stopping by and leaving me a comment :)
Supplies used - Stamps: TAWS - Crossing lines, Bugging out and Lighter than Air; Inks: Hero arts Butter bar, Pool, Memento Bamboo leaves, Grape jelly, Tuxedo black, PTI Summer sunrise and Distress barn door; Dies - Nestabilities heart dies; Spectrum Noir Markers
