Now let me show you my fourth project, I used Party Girl and Party Time set to create this card.
To make this, I heat embossed the dress in white on a water color panel and then water colored it. To finish the card I added a strip of patterned paper and stamped the sentiment.

And I probably say this every time, but this card is absolutely stunning! Those dresses are fantastic, and I'm loving the embossing and watercoloring you've done on them. Gorgeous and very celebratory colors. The bit of orange woodgrain paper is the perfect choice to accent your design. Love this card. Have a great 4th weekend. Bev
