I am super excited to showcase the newest of the stamps at STAMPlorations. These are Layered Stamps designed by Shirley under her line The Bee's Knees. I love them coz they are not the "typical layered stamps" They have a more artsy and random look to them. It allows us to explore a completely unique style in card designs. I had so much fun playing with them.
Without any further wait please welcome to "Layered stamps Spotlight Week - Day 1". On Day 1, we are throwing spotlight on "Layered leaves" Not only will you get loads of inspiration but also you get to win some fabulous prizes. All you got to do is hop along and leave a comment .

- ONE (1) winner of her choice of Layered Stamp set.

Winner will be announced on Tuesday, November 14
Okay now let me show you the cards I created :) For my first card I used Distress inks for stamping and water coloring, the branches you see were drawn free hand. I did some generation stamping to create the depth.
For my second card I simply stamped the solid stamps and went over with black outline on those on a fog card stock. I did some in-laid die cutting with the sentiment.
Besides Layered leaves, I have used Thanks word die, Bloom Happy and For the birds for sentiments
I hope you enjoyed my creations. Don't forget to leave a comment and hop along HERE. Come back tomorrow for more :) Thank you for stopping by and leaving me a comment.
Love the 2nd color combo -- great samples
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely captivated by both versions of your showcases, Deepti! The freehand branches on the first add such impact, as does the inlaid thanks on the second! Silly me: I thought I had included this set when I ordered the other two, but nope *palm smack on forehead*! Need to correct that soon! Thank you for the smiles today!
