Let me show you my second Inspiration card for October 2018...

To make this card, I took a die cut panel and inked it in three shades of Distress inks. I then masked and stamped the balloons in grey ink. I then used my pencil colors to enhance the colors of the balloons adding some depth and dimension. To finish I layered it on an embossed panel.
