CAS-ual Friday Stamps September Release - Day 1

Hello friends! It a new release time at CAS-ual Friday's and I am super excited to be a part of the release. Today we are showcasing the new stamp set called "Wheat Wreath" and you will love this set, perfect for the Thanksgiving!!

So here's are my cards,,, I ended up created two cards, one showcases the typical colors of Thanksgiving and another is unique and more modern...
To make this card, I inked the card base with Distress inks and , did some water splatters and stenciling. Next I heat embossed the wreath in gold and added the sentiment on a circle along with a few embellishments, Hope you like it  as much as I enjoyed making it. To make this card, I stamped the wreath and used two sizes of circle dies to cut it out. On the card base I stamped the sentiment Thankful randomly to create a card base and then I made a string of sequins to add as and embellishment. Finally I heat embossed the sentiment on vellum strip to finish my card. I am linking this to Color Q #258 and Freshly made Sketches #153

    Both cards are fabulous!! I love the background of the first one and the clever design of the second one. I really live the idea of threaded sequins and just might have to steal that one ;) thank you for the inspiration, Dee, you're a star! Xx

    Great backgrounds on both of these and I love, love, LOVE that wreath!!! So pretty. Also love the way you made the sequin banner on that second card!

    Oh, Em, Gee!!! Your first card is absolutely SPECTACULAR, Deepti! Your background is stunning, and I love how you stamped the wreath and sentiment! I also love the rich colors you chose for your flower and leaves...Gorgeous card!
    I also love your 'modern' version on your 2nd card! The purple sequins are so fun, and your background is so pretty!

    FIRST CARD...love all there..the flower the leaves the BG you madethe embossing in gold...oh ooh this is a MUSE card..I LUV IT

    SECOND CARD...clever use the same stamp like card number one and love that sequin in purple I LOVE purple and I love this card too you are a clever card maker Deepti all paper and stamp in your hand always getting beauty...you never made a bad card (like me if I have no idea it will be so bad and sometimes I have no time to corrected it LOL cause the dead line :) ) hugs, Monika
