STAMPlorations Spotlight and September Bloghop !!

Hello friends! I am back with a reminder card for STAMPlorations September Stamp Release Blog Hop  and also a spotlight project over at the STAMPlorations blog.

It's stamp release month at STAMPlorations! The other STAMPlorations girls and I are sharing more projects we created featuring the new stamps. Visit and leave a comment on all the stops on the hop for a chance to win.
THREE (3) lucky hoppers randomly drawn from the designers' blogs will each win a stamp set of their choice from the new release and ONE (1) lucky hopper randomly drawn from the STAMPlorations blog will win a $25 gift certificate to use towards products in the STAMPlorations shop. You have until Monday, September 15, 11:55 p.m. PDT (GMT -700) to comment here and on my fellow designers' posts for a chance to win. Winners will be announced on the STAMPlorations blog on Thursday, September 18.

So here's my card...
To make this card, I cut the lower edge of the card with a Pretty pink posh border die and did some heat embossing with the snowflakes from VIGNETTE: Christmas Block. Then I did some emboss resist inking. I also stamped, colored and fuzzy cut the bells from Holiday Sketches: Christmas Bells set. Next I added the a scored panel at the base. Added the bells to finish my card. These stamps are just adorable and possibilities are endless :) Dont forget to comment on the hop for your chance to win. I am sharing this with Jingle bells - Sketch-vitus (though not exactly like the sketch but it sure has those elements incorporated)

Here is the list of the stops in the hop...

And now to my second spotlight feature and I am feeling so excited :) I hope I can inspire you yet again. This time I am showcasing another technique often done in photography I hope I will be able to inspire you.
I have used STAMPlorations beautiful new release Bloom Sketches set and VIGNETTE Retro Mod Shapes

So, here's a look into the finished project. The look that I have tried to create is termed as focal zoom with bokeh background. Actually, this is my term, I don't know if this term is used in photography or not :). Here we focus on one image and keep the rest of the photo blurred usually with a bokeh background.

Please head over to the STAMPlorations blog for a photo tutorial on this card. I am linking this at Simon Says Wednesday challenge - Make your own background

Thank you for stopping by and leaving me a comment :)
