Wishing you...

I created this first card after inspiration from few challenges :) The Less is More challenge - One layer card with any color card base except standard shades. The color Challenge at Dynamic Duos - Black & Grey and the sketch at CAS(E) this Sketch! #27

To make this card, I chose grey card base, used my rose stamps from garden stamps collection to stamp with Archival Black Ink in a semi-circular pattern and added the sentiment. Its a quick card :)

The challenges I am Playing this for are-

You light up my life...

As usual I just can't stop with one card :), Making one card doesn't really suffice my appetite for crafting LOL. So this second card for today is inspired by CAS(E) This Sketch challenge this week.

Everything about this card is handmade ;), I hand drew the lamp, colored it, The sentiment is hand written and the light from the lamp was made by some masking and Memento inks with a sponge :)

Thank you for everything...

This card is inspired by Casology Challenge Week 43 HEXAGON and also by my love for black and white :) Here's my card.

Since, I don't have a hexagon dies yet :( I decided to draw a hexagon using my scale and right measurements. The result was not that bad ;) I then colored one in black using memento dew drop ink, drew horizontal stripes on another using my pen and left the third white with a little shading around the edge. The flower was made using my flower punch and were cut into half. The stem and leaves were hand made and stuck. Finally, sentiment was added.

Thank you...

This is in continuation with my hundredth  post as far as technique is concerned. However, I was inspired by different challenges to make this card. So, here's the card.

To make this card I was inspired by the Color challenge at Less is More  and I used Yellow and violet colors to create the focal image using a sponge dauber on a circle diecut using Sizzix circle dies. Some floral images were further stamped using my Garden stamps collection and Archival Black ink. A larger circle was cut in the card base, vellum was added to the negative space and focal image was then stuck in the center.

I was inspired by the sketch at Freshly made sketches to make this card. Also, I want to place this card for Keep it Simple challenge - White and splash of color, for which I keep the rest of the card white.

The challenges are -

Hope you enjoy my card  :)

Happy birthday - flowers

This is the second post for the day... One more is yet to go ;)
I have been inspired by the sketch at Cardabilities challenge and the colors at Color Q challenge to make this card

Making this was easy, I used the card stock that was close to the color challenge, used my Shapaeabilites flower dies to cut the flowers, the base of the card was embossed using flower embossing folder from cuttlebug and leaver were hand cut. Also, the flourish is of chip board, which was lying in my trash :)This card from my 100th post is again dedicated to my love for craft tools and supplies :)
