We are back with a new challenge at Addicted to CAS . I was unable to play along in the last challenge as I was on a vacation but can't miss any more :) The code word WHEELS for this week is selected by our very talented Sylvia. She is also the host for this challenge. I would like to welcome our talented Guest Designer Karen back with us for the last challenge for the month of  March. You can see her projects by clicking here, Made by Meadie
Our sponsor for this challenge is Stamplorations and the prize will be a pack of her rubber stamps called "It's all about You".

 So here's my card...
To make this card, I stamped the hedgie (from Penny Black - Hugs), masked it off and then stamp the cycle (from Technique Happyville - Wheelie set) Then I did some more stamping of birdie from same set and the yellow flowers (from PTI Ruby reprise set), and leaf (from Recollections hello friend set). Finally I masked of the card to ink the landscape and colored the rest of the images with my sharpie markers and hedge hog with Spectrum Noir. I was inspired by the Colors at Color Q #234 and by the theme at Stamplorations March challenge- Stamps and Spring and Simon Says stamp Blog Work it Wednesday - SPRING

Our DT has come up with some amazing projects this week. Pop over to our ATCAS challenge blog here and take a peek. I am looking forward to the challenge this fortnight and am very excited to visit your blogs.

She is a wonderful person at heart and has guided me a lot through my crafty venture. This card uses the Hero arts stamp and Paper Smooches Die send by her. You are the best. my sweet friend!!
To make this card, I stamped the image and created a mask. Then I did some distress inking using Chipped Sapphire n Tumbled glass. Then I colored the focal Image in Spectrum Noir markers. Finally. I die cut the frame and stamped it with CAS-ual Friday's - Clover set :) I was inspired by the sketch at CAS(E) this sketch #70 and Theme at CASology Week 88 - LUCKY

For my card, I did some ink splatter on kraft card base, then did stenciling (using Balzer designs Stencil and Liqutex Modeling paste), the flowers were punched out using a picture punch from vintage paper that icreated by some inking n stamping. Brads on flowers were purchased in my India trip. I adhered all the elements on card base n finished my card with sentiment from Paper Sweeties.

We are back with another amazing challenge this week at Addicted to stamps and more... HOLIDAY which opens up a wide range of ideas, from projects for any festive holiday or for some holiday destinations or whatever comes to your mind when you think about holiday... There are numerous possibilities. We also have very talented Guest Designer Anni of Annikarten, joining us back this week with a very adorable card :) Now to my DT card, I went with the Christmas theme for my Holiday card...

To make this card, I was inspired by the sketch at Retrosketches #107 this week, the beautiful photo inspiration of ornaments at Merry Monday #101 - Red, gray and white . To make this card, I first die cut a partial circle from white card base, scored lines on it. Cut out a red panel to go underneath. The mitten are free digitals from The Alley way stamps which were colored with Spectrum Noir markers.
rest I adhered all the elements on card base, embellishes with some sequin stars and wrote the sentiment.

I was also inspired by the House of cards March #2 - Add a button Classic/ CAS challenge. The buttons added are special to me as I got these wooden buttons from India :) and finally I am linking it up to Seize the birthday - Topping of stitches

Dance in the rain...

I am back with another card, I was so excited to play along with Time Out Challenges #1- Dancing in the rain for two reasons one it is a challenge started by my dear team mates Nonni and Sandie, two it has an amazing format of the challenges that will intrigue ur creative thinking. Besides, I was also inspired the photo inspiration at Inkspirational #52 and the sketch at Freshly made sketches #128. So here's my card...
To make this I created the rain by making strokes of colors using my spectrum noir pastel markers. I hand drew the tree trunk and stamped the leaves from Studio G leaf rubber stamp. I created scored lines for my landscape. Umbrella was made by die cutting a circle and stamping it with CAS-ual Friday's chevron stamp, followed by fuzzy cutting n inking. All elements were adhered using foam dots. Sentiment was hand written.

Next on card base, I did some sponging with a stencil (I bought from Walmart) stamped the floral stems (using Recollections jar set) and stamped n fuzzy cut the leaves (from Hampton art - Fern wood mounted stamp). I added some anthers on the flowers and adhered all the elements on the Card base. Embellished with pearls and stamped the sentiment (from Martha Stewart set).
