Crafty Meraki - December 12th 2020

Hello friends! I am back with Crafty Meraki goodness. Crafty Meraki released a  huge collection of  their own Slimline Dies and Stamps. These are gorgeous, you can check them out HERE. Today I am featuring Crafty Meraki One of Kind stamp set. Those gorgeous flowers were calling me for water coloring and that's what I did :)

Let me show you what I made...
To make this card, I stamped the flowers with Antique linen Distress ink on a water color card stock and water colored it using Distress inks. I added further depth and dimension using Prisma color pencils. To finish I stamped the sentiment from Altenew's Bergenia Builder stamp set.

Hope you like this card!
Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving me some love.

Oh! I made another card using the same set which was not shared here. This one was colored with Sharpie markers :)

What do you think?

Let me show you my second Inspiration project for December 2020...
I decided to make another clean and simple water colored Christmas card, only here I tried to capture a winter scene. I masked and stamped the gift boxes and watercolored them using Distress Oxide and Distress inks. I used some twig to make it look more wintery, I was inspired by Shirley's card here to use the twig/ branches. I used Warm hands, warm hearts and Wooded. I used a white watercolor paint for some snowy details.

Here is a close up into my card...

Crafty Meraki - December 5th 2020

Hello friends! I am back with Crafty Meraki goodness. Crafty Meraki released a  huge collection of  their own Slimline Dies and Stamps. These are gorgeous, you can check them out HERE. Today I am featuring Crafty Meraki MERAKI stamp. Oh this butterfly is simply gorgeous... I can see how Bindu put her heart and soul into this gorgeous stamp. What I like about this is the large size and the intricate details :) and through my card I have tried to highlight how delicate a butterfly is...

Let me show you what I made...
To make this card, I stamped the butterfly in a light shade of Distress ink on a water color card stock and water colored it using Distress Oxide inks. I added further depth and dimension using Prisma color pencils. To finish I stamped the sentiment from Altenew's Bergenia Builder stamp set.

Hope you like this card!

Let me show you my first Inspiration project for December 2020...
I love making birthday cards, they are one of my most used cards :) I made a card full of balloons and spotlighted one of the balloons by adding a floral twig. I stamped and water colored these for a no line water coloring. I used Kathryn's Big Wishes, Wooded and Party Time. For Water coloring I used Chalkola Watercolor Brush Pens. for the background I used Distress ink Stormy sky. I used a white gel pen for adding dots on the balloons

Here is a close up into my card...

Crafty Meraki - November 28th 2020

Hello friends! I am back with Crafty Meraki goodness. Crafty Meraki released a  huge collection of  their own Slimline Dies and Stamps. These are gorgeous, you can check them out HERE. Today I am featuring Crafty Meraki Stitch-A-Cross Slimline die. You can use it for stitching or just as a cool background like I did for my card :)

Let me show you what I made...

To make this card, I die cut the panel with Stitch-A-Cross die using a kraft card stock. To add more interest, I tore the edges for a little grunge.  I then stamped the Altenew Paint-A-Flower: Paeonia Japonica Outline Stamp Set on a watercolor card stock and water colored it using Gansai Tambi watercolors. I then fuzzy cut these and arranged them on my card base.  I used the printed sentiment strip from Crafty Meraki Special Edition Watercolor kit

Hope you like this card!
For those of you who are not on Instagram I am sharing one more clean and simple card I made using the same die.

Cross Stitch pattern of the flower is my own :)
Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving me some love.
