Let me show you what I created...
I took a blue card stock panel and inked the edges in white pigment ink and stamped the snowflakes to build the background. I then die cut the ornament in 3 colors and did in-laid die cutting. To finish I added the die cut sentiment. I have used Christmas Sentiments, Christmas Baubles #2 Layering Dies, Snow Much [for snowflakes]
