STAMPlorations is turning a year old and is celebrating with a blog hop and new release. I am lucky enough to be joining the celebrations as a guest designer. When Shery invited me join in her celebration I was more than excited and honored.
There's all together 14 blogs participating in the hop: 9 STAMPlorations design team members and 5 guests. Visit all the stops on the hop and leave a comment for a chance to win stamps. We're giving away over $120 worth of stamps!
FOURTEEN (14) lucky hoppers randomly drawn from the designers' blogs will each win a stamp set and ONE (1) lucky hopper randomly drawn from the STAMPlorations blog will win all the stamps in the July release. You have until Wednesday, July 2, 11:55 p.m. PDT (GMT -700) to comment here and on my fellow designers' posts for a chance to win. Winners will be announced on the STAMPlorations blog on Sunday, July 6.
Shery was kind enough to offer one stamp set of my choice from the store to create my project/s. I love all the stamps in their store but I was particularly inclined towards VIGNETTE: Retro Mod Shapes set and one lucky winner will win this set which is being offered by STAMPlorations at my blog. So, don't forget to leave a comment!
This stamp set is so versatile, I see a whole lot of possibilities when I pick this stamp set. And when ever I sat down with it I created a new card :D Here's one...
The shapes in the stamp set can be used to create much of variation in ur design :) To make this one, I stamped two of the stamps to create my candles in Hero Art Soft Granite and PTI Summer sunrise, inked the card base with Distress Mustard seed and the stamped the circle stamps from this set to create the bokeh effect. To finish the card I added the die cut birthday and hand wrote the sentiment "wishes". Hope you like my first creation :)
I am entering this card to the following challenges -
