STAMPlorations Spotlight - Creating a colorful focal camouflaged effect!

So let me show my fourth inspiration card for the month of July...
To make this card, I stamped the party hats in grey to form the base and then stamped and fuzzy cut some colorful hats and laid them on card base with some foam adhesive. To finish the card I stamped the sentiment.

ATCAS #68 - Chevron

We are back with a new challenge at Addicted to CAS . This time the host of the challenge is me and I have chosen the code word... CHEVRON. I love chevrons and there is so much we can do with these :) I would like to welcome back our Guest Designer for the month of July Kathy K of Purple Princess Diaries, with another beautiful card :)

I went with a really simple design and a super quick card. Here's my card...
To make this card, I stamped the big chevron (from W&W) thrice in shades of yellow and grey. then I simply adhered the die cut flower and the sentiment sent by a sweet friend of mine. To finish the card I added some sequins :)

NEWS FLASH!! My Craftsy class is live :)

Hello my sweet friends! I am ecstatic, my Craftsy class is finally live and running. Time flies so fast, I remember just a few months ago in the month of March Craftsy contacted me to do a class with them, I was in disbelief till the time I actually went to Denver for the shoot LOL.
I have done a lot of work to make this class as interesting and informative as I can. I hope those of you who decide to take my class will enjoy it!

So let me show my second inspiration card for the month of July...
To make this card, I took a water color panel and cut it at angles, I then water colored it in shades of pinks. After drying I created a bokeh by stamping dots in white pigment ink. for the larger dot I used an acetate stencil I created using a circle die. I also heat embossed the cupcake n the candle and water colored it. I fuzzy cut it and layered it all on the card base along with a floral patterned paper. To finish the card I stamped the sentiment.

So let me show my first inspiration card for the month of July...
To make this card, I stamped the star balloon on different patterned papers and fuzzy cut these, I also die cut the cloud dies and stuck it on the card stock panel, then I stamped some of the confetti stamps from the set to give the card a festive look . My New Stamp sets and a card!

Hello friends! I am back to give you a preview of my July 2015 Stamp sets. These sets were recently previewed at STAMPlorations blog with 3 more amazing sets designed by Shirley and Shery. You can check out the complete preview HERE.

My new sets are loaded with a variety of images that will allow you to create numerous card designs :) They are Balloons and Banners;  Frames and flowers. These sets are available for purchase at 10% discount till July 17th :)

I created a card using Balloons and Banners set, I will soon create a card showcasing the second set, So here's my card...
To make this card, I did second generation stamping of the heart balloon using Distress inks. I also stamped the strings of the balloons. Next I used the same Distress ink to water color these balloons for a no line effect. To finish the card I stamped the sentiment and layered the panel over a striped patterned paper.  I so love water coloring... and that reminds me my CRAFTSY class will be live soon and if you want a free spot in the class, click HERE to register in the Giveaway.

My Craftsy Class and a GIVEAWAY!!

Hello my dear bloggy friends!! I am super excited to let you know that my Craftsy class is COMING SOON... Back in the first week of June I went to Craftsy, Denver for a 3 day shoot. Made some amazing friends and had the most memorable time of my life :)

ATCAS #67 - Patriotic

We are back with a new challenge at Addicted to CAS . This time the host of the challenge is fabulous Jaydee and she has chosen the code word... PATRIOTIC. Possibilities are endless :) go by colors or the theme. I wanted to incorporate water coloring, my recent addiction. Here's my card...
To make this card, I heat embossed the jar, the branch and the stars on the water color cardstock in white. then I water colored creating red stripes on the jar and a blue wash look around the stars and branch. I stamped the sentiment to finish the card. Now let me show you my fifth project, I used Party Matesand Party Time set to create this card.
To make this, I started out by stamping the gift boxes and candies from the back side to get a solid stamped image. Then I stamped these from the front side in the same shade of ink. I also added some dots using the eraser on the back of pencil. To finish the card I stamped the sentiment. Now let me show you my third project, I used Party Time set to create this card.
To make this, I stamped the sentiment in various shades of black and grey to create a panel. Then I die cut the balloons and the string through this panel (Using Li'l Inkers Balloon dies and MFT Feathers and arrows die) I used the negative to reveal the dark color of red panel underneath it. Fun and easy!
