Now let me show you my fourth project, I used Party Girl and Party Time set to create this card.
To make this, I heat embossed the dress in white on a water color panel and then water colored it. To finish the card I added a strip of patterned paper and stamped the sentiment.

And I probably say this every time, but this card is absolutely stunning! Those dresses are fantastic, and I'm loving the embossing and watercoloring you've done on them.
