Let me show you my third Inspiration card for Feb 2016...
To make this card, I took a water color paper and cut out a tag, then I water colored it with red and picked up some of the color using a stencil. Then I stamped the image of the couple in Archival black ink (using The Bee's Knees - Newlyweds) and colored these with Koi water colors. Fuzzy cut and adhered them to the tag. I then stamped the sentiment (using Newlyweds Extras) Finally adhered the tag on a dry embossed panel on the card base.
