STAMPlorations January 2017 Release Blog Hop - Day 1

Welcome friends! Today we kick off the January Release at STAMPlorations with 4 new stamp sets and 3 awesome dies. I loved making projects for this release. You will love all the sets, each has it's own uniqueness and speciality. So be ready for some awesome inspiration from STAMP Girls and yes there are prizes to be won...

Today, we are showcasing a set by Shery Russ Designs - Noteworthy 2, love love love the fonts and the sentiments of this one :)

Let me show you my card...
For the design, I was inspired by the sentiment itself. So, I stamped the butterflies after masking on a watercolor cardstock. To match the sentiment, I added one butterfly with acetate. This was colored with Gansai Tambi watercolors. Besides the new set I have used Gone Postal

    Love that butterfly sticking out on his acetate "stick" - saw that on Keren Bakers blog a while ago and thought it is so neat!

      Hi Cornelia, I wish I had seen her card, this idea popped into my mind from the sentiment.
