Let me show you my fourth Inspiration card for  February 2017...

To make this card, I adhered patterned paer on card base, layered it further with a rectangular die cut vellum. Stamped the rose and colored it with pencils. I heat embossed the sentiment on vellum. To finish I added some sequins. I have used About a Rose , Noteworthy - 2 stamp set, Crazy Double Running stitch Rectangles nesting Dies and Prisma Color Pencils :)

Let me show you my third Inspiration card for February 2017...

To make this card, I diecut a rectangular panel from Kraft Cardstock. I stamped the images in white dye ink and the colored it all with Prisma Color Pencils. To add more interest, I added some white dots with a gel pen.  I have used Just Because stamp set, Crazy Double running Stitch rectangle dies

CUTplorations Mini Release - February 2017

Hello Friends and Die lovers :) STAMPlorations is back with yet another awesome Mini CUTplorations Release Blog Hop of their amazing dies. The dies in this release are soooooooooo amazing. I am in love with those :) I am a big fan of Lacy Edges and Border dies and these are just perfect to add a wow factor to your creations. The Stitched Winter Landscape and Stitched Spring Landscape die is icing on the cake. Wait till you see all the amazingness HERE.

Now let me show you what I created with each of these :)

Here I diecut the landscape die multiple times and layered it within a rectangular window. I inked these in different shades of green.

For this card I decided to make a Shaker card, I did some inking using distress inks to make my winter sky. Kept the landscape diecut white and created a shaker. For the above two cards...  besides New dies I have used Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle Nesting dies and Friends and Flowers set.

With the scalloped edge I had to create a wedding card, something just told me that hahaha. Anyways, I used a patterned paper and cut the different colors of scalloped edges. I also cut a kraft edge and stamped it with Damask Background stamp in white ink. I stamped and water colored the couple and stamped the sentiment to finish my card. I have also used Newly Weds, The Birds and The Blooms. The coloring was done with Gansai Tambi Water Colors.

My Final Card also used the edge dies. This time I layered the die cut panel over another patterned paper background. Since the patterned paper already has the sentiment, I decided to just add the word die over the flower. The flower was embossed and water colored. I have used Blooms Sketches and You and Me Phrase die

To make this card, I decided to do some layering. on the card base I added a diagonal strip of patterned paper and along that I stamped the sentiment Happy Birthday. Then I diecut two rectangles in white and kraft and layered them with a doily. I stamped colored and fuzzy cut the cupcake and added it to my card.  I have used A Snarky Birthday to you stamp set, Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle nesting dies and Prisma Color Pencils :)

Now let me show you the tags I created... my tags today also are focusing on the dies but tis time I have incorporated my favorite water coloring :)

This was super fun and super easy to make :) I die cut three tags with watercolor card stock. I then water colored each partially with different colors and an edge of gold along each color. I diecut the phrase you and me in gold foil and assembled my tags :) I have used Luggage Tag Nesting dies and You & Me Phrase die. I did coloring with Gansai Tambi Watercolors

I hope you liked the idea and will give this a try. I had so much fun making this :)

This was super fun and super easy to make :) I die cut two tags one from patterned paper and another from white card stock. On the white card stock, I die cut the heart die. Adhered and acetate layer on the back and then added the die cut. The heart die was cut using gold foil card stock. Then I added some gold hearts and put together the tag using gold twine :) I have used Luggage Tag Nesting Dies and Clustered Hearts die

To make this card, I stamped colored and fuzzy cut the birds and the rose. Then I adhered it on the card base after layering on striped patterned paper. I have used Fowl Play stamp set, RosebudsStamp set. Coloring was done with Prisma Color Pencils

CUTplorations February 2017 Challenge

I am here with "CUTplorations challenge" for the month of February :) I hope you will play along with us.All you have to do is create a project based on the inspiration photo and using die cut(s). Here is the card, I created inspired by this photo :)

This is the most simplest card ever :) I found just the right patterned paper to match the colors and stripes on the isnpiration photo. All I did was to diecut the sentiment on the patterned paper and layered it with white diecuts to add some dimension. I have used You & me phrase Die and Clustered Hearts Die. Patterned paper is from AC Amy Tangerine Rise & Shine 6x6" Paper pad.

Let me show you the cards I made with each...

To make this card I used the negative of the plate die as my focal piece with the sentiment "HI". I layered the card base with patterned paper, vellum, negative alphabet plate and flower. The flower was stamped, colored with Prisma color pencils and fuzzy cut

I also added some shimmer using my Wink of Stella pen :)  the above the closeup :) Besides the new die I have used Blooming Buds

Now let's see the second card :)

For this card I focused on the monochromatic scheme. I adhered the patterned paper on card base. The positive of the alphabet dies was used to make a banner. I made it by adhering each alphabet on a twine.

 

The focal banner was given a boost by adding flowers. the lotus was stamped and water colored. I also added some white dots on the petals along with Wink of Stella. Besides new die I have used Lotus Love and Frames and Flowers

And now to my final card...

For this card, I decided to focus on age... this one is for my mom. I water colored a panel and the die cut it with the number plate. I used the numbers as on the card and added a few balloon that will pick the number "67" in the air :)

I added a lot of wink of Stella on this one too :) I have also used Balloons and Banners and A Snarky Birthday to you for this card :)

Today, we are showcasing a set by Dee's Artsy Impressions - Just because, I designed this set as I was inspired by the snow drop flowers and jar is my favorite. You can do a lot with this set :)

Let me show you my card...

For this card, I went with the typical me style :D Yay! that's right watercoloring. I stamped the stems, flowers and leaves in light Distress ink and the watercolored these. To enhance the beauty of the focal image, I watercolored a darker background :)
