Let me show you my fourth Inspiration card for March 2019...

For this one, I kept the design simple. I stamped the trio of cupcake image by masking. I then fuzzy cut it along the lower edge. I also colored the cupcakes with Prismacolor Pencils, making a rainbow. To finish I stamped the sentiment and layered this panel on patterned paper. I have used Happy Everything stamp set.

STAMPlorations Spotlight - Bloomful Frame

Hello friends! I am up with a spotlight project over at the STAMPlorations blog. Let me show you my third Inspiration card for March 2019...

To make this card I took a grey patterned paper panel and die cut the edges. I then stamped and colored the images. To finish I added some die cut hearts and a bow made from embroidery floss. I layered this panel on another patterned paper panel.  I have used these products Healing Herbs stamp set, Stitched Snow Hills and Clustered Hearts dies

STAMPlorations Spotlight - Bloomful and Coloring Tips!

Hello friends! I am up with a spotlight project over at the STAMPlorations blog. I hope I will be able to inspire you. Today, I am playing with the newest stamp club set "Bloomful" and for this one I decided to color, I mean that big semi circle is pretty tempting :) I have done very basic coloring and I picked up two different neutrals for my card panel. Let me show you my second Inspiration card for March 2019...

To make this card, I stamped the flowers in pink ink diagonally across the white panel to give the feel of falling flowers. I colored these. I also stamped, colored and I fuzzy cut the reindeer and layered it on top To accent further I added splatter and some sequins. I have used Sweet and Sassy Mom, Reindeer Games and Prismacolor Pencils for coloring.

I have a couple of new sets "Wooded" and "Healing Herbs" being released under my stamp line "Dee's Artsy Impressions"  I have always loved flora. Leaves, twigs, flowers, herbs make me feel good. So these are one of those "feel good" stamps in my dictionary :)

Let me give you a preview of the stamps and then I will show you my cards :)

I went a little over the board in making inspiration cards for this set and ended up creating quite a few :) Here's the inspiration parade. For my "Healing Herbs" I went with Farm house look... basically greys, whites, woody and green. For the first card, I did masking and stamping. Colored the image with Prismacolor Pencils

For my second card, I wanted to add a pop of color. I stamped and colored the bag using no line coloring technique. Fuzzy cut this and adhered it on patterned paper. I also added some due cut hearts (Clustered Hearts Die) 

For my third card I did some simple stamping in shades of green over a wood grain patterned paper panel. I also went over with Prismacolor pencils for added details on the herbs :) 

Wooded stamp set... is a pure delight when it comes to make something very realistic. A combination of various stamps in this set can make a lovely focal piece. For my first card, I stamped a few images on die cut Kraft panel (Crazy Double Running Stitch Rectangle Nesting Dies). Then went over with some detailing on solid images and colored the rose :) 

My second, I stamped the image to build a background. Stamped the floral image and colored it with pencils :) I also layered this on patterned paper. 

My final card, is another clean and simple card where I did some solid stamping with different shades on inks on shades of panel white and grey, I pencil colored the rose in soft pink.

I will soon share more inspiration using these sets :) Hope you enjoyed my cards and like my new designs :)

Let me show you my first Inspiration card for March 2019...

I loved the layered stamps designed by Shirley, it is simply fun to put these together. As is obvious, I did masking and stamping to make my focal image, fuzzy cut it and layered it on blue card stock panel. I have used Layered Citrus, Layered Leaves
