Me and the team are featuring the newest Quick Card Fronts. My second card features Quick Cards #5 - Artsy Florals A2 Card Fronts as well. I was drawn towards the colors and layout of these floral and I must say the thickness of the card stock makes it even more desirable. Let me show you the card...

I took the panel fuzzy cut the floral along the edge. I took a white panel and die cut the textured detailed for the background. Layered the floral panel on top with some dimension. To finish added the embossed sentiment. Ta Da... that was easy! I also used Circles All Over Texture Cove plate and Party Time

Crafty Meraki - May 29th 2021

Hello friends! I am back with Crafty Meraki goodness. Have you been following us on Instagram because we are celebrating #Merakiversary. Celebration means lots of new products and lots of prizes. So do check out their Instagram stories for the latest :)

Today I am featuring the newest stamp set "Love forever" stamp set illustrated by talented Emily Midgett. Let me show you what I made... 

These blooms are big and simply gorgeous. I stamped them twice on my slim line card panel and the water colored it. A simple card packed with the beauty of flowers. To finish the card I added sentiment. I used Gansai Tambi Watercolors for coloring.

STAMPlorations Spotlight - May 27th 2021

 Hello friends! I am back with another spotlight project over at the STAMPlorations blog. I hope I will be able to inspire you. Today I am exploring a stencil. I mean I am not using it the way I usually use... set it up on card stock and ink it up. But today I decided it to use just a part of the stencil for my card. Art Flowers 2 stencil is great not only for some gorgeous background but also you can use the flowers individually to make your spring field :) Let me show you...

I decided to make a birthday card with star and the super hero as the focus working with just red and yellow colors. everything was watercolored. I used Super Hero, A Snarky Birthday to you [for sentiment]

I took the panel and die cut the sentiment, I also die cut the sentiment using a black foam sheet, I then in laid this back on the panel. To add more interest I die cut the bird, cut it out from the rest and adhered it on top. Ta Da... that was easy! I also used You are my Sunshine Phrase die and For the Birds Die

Let me show you my Inspiration project for May 2021...

I decided to make a clean and simple card. I stamped and masked the own and inked the background for a winter sky. I then colored the owl. For more interest and a little bit of fun I added the rosebud ;) To finish I stamped the sentiment. I used Big Owls, Rose buds and Distress Inks for the ink blended background, For coloring I used Sharpie Markers

Crafty Meraki - May 15th 2021

Hello friends! I am back with Crafty Meraki goodness. Have you been following us on Instagram because we are celebrating #Merakiversary. Yep! Its been a year :) I am so happy for Crafty Meraki and I wish all the success for them.  Celebration means lots of new products and lots of prizes. Today I am featuring two of the newest products and I am so loving these :) "The Legend" stamp set which is super adorable and a must have for your father's day cards along with "Times Square Para-dies"  Let me show you what I made... 

I saw the windows in the Times square die and I had to make a shaker card :) I inked the base panel in a rainbow and made the shaker using some clear sequins. I then stamped, cut and water colored the images.  I then arranged them on top of the shaker windows for a clean and simple shaker card :)

Crafty Meraki - May 8th 2021

 Hello friends! I am back with Crafty Meraki goodness. Today I am featuring "Wings of Hope" stamp set along with "Happy Birthday shadow word die"  These products are a part of #MERAKICHEER release. Don't forget to check out the Instagram account for loads of inspiration featuring the newest products.

Let me show you what I made... 

I wanted to keep the die cut sentiment as the focal part of the card and at the same time make the background interesting. Water coloring is something that makes every background charming. I used a combination of peach and blue with a touch of copper for my loose water colored background. I then stamped the butterflies for a tone on tone effect. The sentiment was cut out from a copper metallic card stock.

SPELLBINDERS - Birdhouses through the Seasons!

 Hello dear friends! I feel so thrilled to be guesting with Spellbinders again. Today I am sharing the cards I created featuring the newest Birdhouses Through the Seasons Collection by Vicky Papaioannou  I made a card featuring the Build a Winter Birdhouse Etched Dies from this collection

Let me show the card I created :) All the different bird houses are simply adorable.

For my card, I die cut all the pieces, inked and out them together to build a winter bird house. I also inked the panel for the winter sky. I tore a piece of white card stock to make my snow. I used Distress Oxide inks and the sentiment is from STAMPlorations "Yuletide deer" stamp set.
