Hello my friends, I am back with two more cards to share. With so many challenges out there, I always end up making more than one card :) So my first card...
To make this card, I lightly inked the upper half of the card base with inks. Then I added some tone on tone dots using (Inkadinkadoo - dots n flourishes set) and the eraser on a pencil. I lightly drew a circle to match the sketch with a pencil, this was my guideline to stamp the flowers (from PTI - Ruby reprise set) and leaves (from Garden set from Michael's). The pink flower were stamped on another card stock n fuzzy cut. I also made these embossed sentiment banners on vellum (using Paper sweeties - You make me smile set). All the elements were adhered using foam dots n glue dots :)
Inks used are - Hero Arts - butter bar, bubble gum and soft granite.
I was inspired by the following challenges to create this card -
1. Stamplorations bi-weekly sketch challenge #6 (I rotated the sketch)
Here is a look into my second card for today :)
To make the second card, I took a panel of white card stock n sis some inking to create rainbow colors. I also added a splatter of water over this. Then I embossed the doilies (from Martha Stewart Doilies set) using Whisper Pearl embossing powder n Versamark ink. Then I cut the panel into 3 to match the sketch. Additionally I embossed a flower (from Michael's Garden set) on vellum and also cut out two feathers in vellum (using MFT dies - Thank you my friend, u r so very special). I adhered all the elements on card base and stamped the sentiment (from Martha Stewart sentiment set)
Inks used are - Hero arts - Raspberry jam, Chalk poppy, Tim Holtz distress inks - Mustard seed, barn door, tumbled glass, chipped sapphire, Memento - Grape jelly.
My second card is inspired by the following challenges -
2. Freshly made sketches #124 (I rotated the sketch)
Thank you for stopping by and leaving me a comment :)
