Yippee! I am just getting lucky :) I won a sketch challenge #11 at Stamplorations and was invited to Guest Design for the bi-weekly sketch challenge #14. I am so excited to be designing with the amazing and talented team of Stamplorations. Thank you so much for having me over :)
So here's the sketch and my card...
I have a tendency to make my card as CAS as possible so I saw scored lines in the horizontal strips on the sketch. I worked on the focal image, I created a mask for the heart and stamped it with Stamplorations - SUBWAY Art builders stamp - dare, multiple times in different inks. Then I added an inlaid die cut heart and added butterflies with some hand drawn stitched lines. The heart and butterfly were picked to match up the sentiment :) The colors used are from Color Q #245, so I am linking this up there as well. Also, linking it up at Less is More Week 176 - OLC Off the edge
Hope you like my card and will join in the fun at Stamplorations :)
Thank you for stopping by and leaving me a comment !
Supplies used - Stamps: Stamplorations Subway Art builders Dare, Technique Tuesday Happyville cars; Dies: Nestabilities Heart dies; Punch - Butterfly Picture punch from Darice; Inks: Hero Arts Shadow ink - Mint Julep, Pool; Fresh peach, Butterbar and Memento bamboo leaves; Martha Stewart Score board; Sharpie fine tip marker
