Distress Crazy!!

Hi friends! I am back with yet another card, using "Distress inks" again. I just don't seem to get enough of distress LOL. I decided to case very talented Anita of My Papercraft world who is the CASE artist at the Time Out Challenges #12. I love Anita's style, her cards are unique, crisp and more into a graphic style. She is so inspiring! So Anita, here's for you and I hope you do like it :)

 And here's Anita's beautiful card ...
I was inspired by the the color, ombre and embossing in Anita's card. To make this card, I heat embossed the Chevrons in white across the card, masked off the lower edge and inked the upper part in shades of blue. Next I added some embellishments and stamped the sentiment to finish my card. I am also entering this at CAS-ual Friday's #134  Tic-tac-toe (Chevron, white and twine),  A Blog Named Hero #50 - Ombre and Simply Create too #68 - Monochromatic

Thank you for stopping by and leaving me a comment :)

Supplies used: Stamps - CAS-ual Friday's Zigs and Zags, Clover; Inks - Distress Chipped Sapphire, Peacock feathers, Tumbled glass, Versamark, Versafine Blue Lagoon; Dies - Momenta Star dies; Twine from Recollections; Whisper Opaque White embossing powder
