Hi friends! Its time for a new sketch challenge at STAMPlorations, Bi-weekly Sketch Challenge #17. This challenge ends on August 15st and the winners would be announced on August 17th. We have a very talented Guest Designer Kim M joining us for this challenge. She makes awesome cards with great ideas and design :) You can check out more of her creations at her blog Art keeps me sane
Let's get to the sketch and my card...
To make this card, I stamped focal piece using the brush stroke stamp in Holiday Artsy set and then I created the butterfly Using Vignette - Retro Mod shapes. I then hand drew the black and silver squares to match the sketch and finally stamped the sentiment using Subway Art sentiment builder - Dare. I also inked the card base in light pink and water stamped the images from Holiday Artsy set. I am entering this card to a few challenges - One layer simplicity Challenge #8 - Shades of summer, Simon Says Wednesday Challenge - Anything Goes!
Be sure to check out STAMPlorations blog for some amazing inspiration by our lovely team and don't forget to play along.
Thank you for stopping by and leaving me a comment.
