ATCAS #67 - Patriotic

We are back with a new challenge at Addicted to CAS . This time the host of the challenge is fabulous Jaydee and she has chosen the code word... PATRIOTIC. Possibilities are endless :) go by colors or the theme. I would like to welcome our Guest Designer for the month of July Kathy K of Purple Princess Diaries, with a beautiful card :) She makes amazing CAS cards and I also love her awesome grunge cards.

I wanted to incorporate water coloring, my recent addiction. Here's my card...
To make this card, I heat embossed the jar, the branch and the stars on the water color cardstock in white. then I water colored creating red stripes on the jar and a blue wash look around the stars and branch. I stamped the sentiment to finish the card.     It's no surprise that your card is absolutely AMAZING, Deepti! I love your striking blue water colored background with all those fun embossed stars, and your red and white striped jar is awesome! You sure nailed the Patriotic theme, my friend...Fabulous card!!!
