So let me show my second inspiration card for the month of July...
To make this card, I took a water color panel and cut it at angles, I then water colored it in shades of pinks. After drying I created a bokeh by stamping dots in white pigment ink. for the larger dot I used an acetate stencil I created using a circle die. I also heat embossed the cupcake n the candle and water colored it. I fuzzy cut it and layered it all on the card base along with a floral patterned paper. To finish the card I stamped the sentiment.
