Now let me show you my third project, I used Party Time set to create this card.
To make this, I stamped the sentiment in various shades of black and grey to create a panel. Then I die cut the balloons and the string through this panel (Using Li'l Inkers Balloon dies and MFT Feathers and arrows die) I used the negative to reveal the dark color of red panel underneath it. Fun and easy!

  8. The way you used that negative space sings to me. Admire anyone who can create their own patterned paper and this one includes the sentiment. Brilliant.
