It's time for CASEplorations inspiration post at STAMPlorations. On the first of every month, the STAMPlorations girls share CASEs of some of our favorite cards - maybe even one of yours. Be sure to stop by the blog for the fifth installment of CASEd inspiration for 2016. You can find more details HERE.
Our artist for the month of May is the fabulous... Shery Russ of That One layer Mixed Media Girl . She needs no introduction, we all love her for being our leader and for her one layer mixed media card style :) So let me show you her beautiful card (click HERE to see her original post) and my CASE...
Here is my card...
I started out by water coloring a water color paper with Distress inks Tattlered rose and Stormy sky. I then ink the stencil (Artplorations Stained glass) and stamped it over the water color paper. once dried, I laid the stencil back again and sponged same inks on the water color panel. I then stamped the rose (From Blossom Overture) and colored it with same colors, To finish the card I stamped the sentiment (using Fond Expressions - 2)
