Hi Friends! I finally got sometime to create a card just for fun. It's late in the night and both my son and DH are fast asleep and me being a typical card maker with a card design idea right there... couldn't just sleep over it ;)
My dear friends Loll and Bonnie have started a new challenge CAS Watercolor and there very first challenge is Autumn. Watercolor challenge... I had to play along and this kicked in the idea. Thank you so much ladies for starting this challenge, this is going to be my favorite for sure :)
So let me show you my card, it is simple noline watercoloring of a maple leaf(from Inkadinkadoo) on a one layer card :) Sentiment is from Stamplorations Noteworthy set

The colors I chose are inspired by the leaves from the tree right outside my house. Sadly they never get the typical vibrant fall colors, instead the leaves start turning brown. But I guess they have their own beauty and I made an attempt to capture it :)
Here is a closeup...
I am sharing this at CAS watercolor October challenge - Autumn, Virginia's View #24 - Focal Point, Addicted to Stamps and More #214 - Clean nad Simple and Simon Says Wednesday challenge
