Hello everyone and welcome to yet another STAMPlorations Mini Release Blog Hop. I am pretty excited and have been waiting for this release eagerly. I have a Newest set called the "You & Me" under my stamp line "Dee's Artsy Impressions" I was inspired by Ampersand for this one. I guess its a must have stamp set for us all... there is something about ampersand that is so intriguing ;)
I made this set with a focus on using ampersand as a design element that would go perfectly with the sentiments. It has three variations of ampersand which would allow you to create a whole array of cards :) Leave a comment here, STAMP blog and on the designers' blogs for a chance to win a $25 gift certificate. And if you want another chance at winning, link up any project you have with a love theme or red in it to the February Challenge - Paint It Red.
I went a little over the board in making inspiration cards for this set and ended up creating quite a few :) Here's the inspiration parade.
For my very first card, I stamped, colored (Prisma Color) and fuzzy cut the image. I then layered it on a black die cut frame (Pierced Curly Frames Dies) and that in turn on patterned paper. Clean and Simple.
For this card, I stamped the image in a light ink and colored it with Prisma Color Pencils using the no line coloring technique :) and then layered the panel on a patterned paper.
For this card, I heat embossed the image in gold on a patterned paper with a gold foiled sentiment. To add more interest I added a die cut vellum butterfly (Flutter Zen - 2 Layering dies)
In this card, I did some color blocking using variations in card stock and stamped the image and simply colored it with Prisma Color Pencils.
I had loads of fun creating these, the possibilities are endless with this set. I hope you enjoyed my creations and liked my newest set. This set is available in store at a 10% Instant Discount, HERE
