Let me show you my fourth Inspiration project for September 2019...
I made a Clean and simple card using one of my older stamp set. I added some dimension by layering a cloud on top of the base one. I also used pastel tones for my rainbow and to match the rainbow I drew and colored stripes at the lower edge. I have used used Kathryn's Rainbow and Spectrum Noir Markers
