We are back with another amazing challenge this week at Addicted to stamps and more... HOLIDAY which opens up a wide range of ideas, from projects for any festive holiday or for some holiday destinations or whatever comes to your mind when you think about holiday... There are numerous possibilities. Now to my DT card, I went with the Christmas theme for my Holiday card...
To make this card, I scored the card base at 1 cm marks. Then I stamped the candles from STAMPlorations Holiday Sketches - Christmas candle set and colored it with markers. On the card base, I added a strip of washi tape and sentiment over it. Next I adhered it all on card base along with some sequins. I am sharing this at Word Art Wednesday #149 - Anything Goes!.
There is a lot more lovely inspiration from the DT, Please visit our challenge blog here. The winner will receive a wonderful prize from our sponsor this week Eureka Stamps. Take a peek at their store here
I am excited to see what you will come up with ....
Now the fun part of the post :) We are celebrating Bev's birthday !! She is one of the most amazing people I've met in the blog land. She is sweet, fun and a great crafter. She writes her posts so beautifully that you can picture it all. She will most definitely make u smile when u read her posts. Her comments are one of the most encouraging comments :) I am so glad to know her and if u still were unable to guess who she is then you can check her lovely blog "Happy Dance" and since she is so cute, I decided to make her a cute card :)
Wish you lots of love and happiness on this birthday!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY
To make this card, I stamped the cute little mouse and those flowers on the card base. Colored the mouse and his little hot air balloon. Masked the image and did some inking around a hand cut cloud to create a cloudy sky. Finally I stamped the sentiment banner.
I am sharing this card at Inkspirational #65 - FLIGHT and Sentimental Sundays #224

ReplyDeleteDarling Deepti! I'll admit that when I first found your blog, I was intimidated by the incredible creations I found there. But almost immediately, I found you to be a wonderful, warm, kind and caring person, and the intimidation vanished! Thank you dear friend for this perfectly happy birthday card, and this very sweet post. Just like your little mouse, I'd shower you with flowers to show how much I appreciate your birthday wishes if I could. (So sorry I'm behind in my thanks; taking care of John has claimed most of my time these last days...) And, the mail brought your card, which is just stunning. Somehow, "thank you" doesn't quite seem to be enough to say. So I'll add a "God Bless You," dear heart. You're the best. So glad we're friends!! Bev
